Waking up - meditations make my morning

I've been into meditations and mindfulness for a couple of years now. Tried a couple of apps and I am currently using Waking Up.

I like this app because it explains "why" we are doing each exercise and not only how to do them, like some of the others I tried. But all the apps, even the free youtube videos, are helpful as well.
Meditating in the morning helps me to reset all my expectations and to start the day not only with a new page, but also with a po
sitive attitude towards the challenges and bumps that will eventually come during the day.
Like coffee that wakes you up, it helps me to start the day right and focused.
